Completing a tenant improvement on time and on budget is critical to both tenants and landlords. Control over timing and cost many times is a result of controlling communication between all parties involved with the process. While all parties seek to achieve the same goal, the process to achieve that goal can vary between the tenant, vendors, contractors and subcontractors.
