Roof and HVAC Replacement for Office Complex in Walnut Creek

The exterior concrete walls and windows were signs of physical deterioration and inadequate water proofing seals. Total project cost was $1,200,000.

Window sealer eliminated moister from penetrating in to tenant spaces and common areas of the buildings.
