SUBJECT: Pandemic / CoVID 19 Update#2

To our Valued Tenants,

This represents an update to our continued monitoring of the COVID-19 virus outbreak. As many are aware, on March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019 has now characterized the COVID-19 virus as a global pandemic. We continue to follow the situation closely.

We know that everyone is very concerned and we hope that these updates will prove to be helpful as you make day to day decisions for yourselves, your workplaces and for your families.

CLEANING PROTOCOLS

In late February, and/or as soon as the concerns had been elevated, the building’s janitorial teams implemented additional cleaning protocols and began to enhance the number and nature of typical cleaning procedures. These may include the following areas of particular concern:

  • High-touch areas such as commonly used entrances and exits to the building

  • Elevator buttons and surrounding area

  • Restroom fixtures, faucets, etc.

  • Waste receptacles

  • Any other areas of the building that are considered “high-touch” or are frequented on a regular basis.

Hand-washing reminders have also been installed in common area restrooms, as all related public agencies have emphasized the importance of personal hygiene and the 20-second hand wash rule.

TELECOMMUTING SUGGESTIONS

TMASF Connects has provided some suggestions for telecommuting that may be helpful to you and your organizations. Please find additional information at the following links:

We wish you safe travels as you go about your day to day business and hope that these updates are helpful. Again, we continue to remain abreast of the situation and will provide additional updates as the situation unfolds.

Thank you.
