Tom Greenfield's commercial real estate career spans over 35 years. He has held senior real estate management and operation positions with Vallco Park, the Regis Company (now Sares Regis), the Raiser Company, Pell Development Company, and the Oliver Company. In addition, he has held marketing/brokerage positions at the Robert Butler Company, Keegan and Coppin, Colliers International and Avison Young.
He has negotiated, leased, purchased, and disposed of millions of dollars of commercial real estate.
Most recently, he has been the real estate manager at the Embarcadero Business Park in Oakland, CA, where over a five-year period he has increased the gross annual income by over $2M and reduced the vacancy from 30% to 0%. In 2016, he completed the largest lease transaction in Alameda County.

Shayna Eskew, senior-level executive, joins the Alhouse Deaton team as Regional Director for the San Francisco region.
Bringing 25+ years of commercial real estate experience to Alhouse Deaton
Shayna Eskew joined Alhouse Deaton in 2018 as Regional Director for the San Francisco region which includes the East Bay and the immediate South Bay. Shayna is responsible for the overall financial performance of the Commercial Office and Retail portfolio which includes Project Management and Property Operations.
During her 25+ year career in commercial real estate, Shayna has been responsible for managing numerous diverse asset portfolios for companies such as CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, Spieker Properties, Equity Office Properties, PM Realty Group, and Catellus Development Corporation. She has actively managed High-Rise and Suburban Office, Retail, Historical, Medical Office, Industrial, Residential and Adaptive Reuse Assets throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Over the years Shayna has lead or participated on teams involving property acquisitions and dispositions, full-building repositions and leasing re-stacks, a vertical high-rise subdivision, adaptive reuse, and redevelopment projects, LEED certifications, the aftermath of the Napa earthquake and myriad capital projects totaling nearly $50 million.
Attention to detail and a focus on solid communication is one of Shayna’s secrets to success. “So that the little nuances don’t get lost in the shuffle, working collaboratively with owners, vendors, and tenants are very important to me. It’s also critical that we know our buildings inside and out. This gives clients and tenants the confidence that we are making sound decisions with the best information available”.
Shayna is a graduate of the University of Southern California. She currently serves as Vice-Chair on the Government Affairs Political Advisory Committee of the Building Owners and Managers Association for both BOMA San Francisco and BOMA International. She enjoys running and biking in the hills of Marin County, sailing and playing Scrabble.

A good employee deserves to be appreciated. And the best ones deserve to be brought to the limelight – Mya Smith Has been working with Alhouse Deaton for the past 5 years. She skillfully manages half a million square feet of office and high-tech space in Silicon Valley. These are fairly large spaces, to run with equally large challenges. Nevertheless, she manages to tackle every situation with coolness, reason, practicality and quick time response.
Our Problem SolverQuoting one of the examples, when Alhouse Deaton took over the management of a 40-year-old building for the purpose of upgrading with a new mechanical system, elevator and cosmetic upgrades, the existing property management, and project management assignments were still going on and were significantly mismanaged. These included highly expansive projects like replacement of the existing building’s full parking lot (including surface, lights, and landscaping),
a full upgrade of the air-conditioning system of the building, an elevator upgrade and several cosmetic upgrades to the building’s finishes. However, after only 6 months on the job, Mya took over the on-going, half-finished upgrade projects at the building and with her expert problem solving, she completed these projects in a timely manner.

Mya is not only an expert problem solver but also possesses the forward-thinking approach critical in handling the inner workings of leases. She has the ability to dwell in the present and assess the future results of situations. She manages to pull off the subtle ways of implementing a lease to better serve the client.

Sehar graduated this year with a degree in Accounting from the School of Management at USF. She graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors.
Sehar attended USF from Fall of 2016 to Spring of 2018. While at USF, she served as a President for Beta Alpha Psi, an international honors organization for Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems students, for the 2017-2018 academic year. Sehar also received a scholarship for the 2017 FWSF (Financial Women of San Francisco) Scholarship, and currently serves on their scholarship committee.
When reflecting on her college experience, Miss Mansoor states, "I am not a traditional student because I started my college career when I was 28 years old, in 2013, at a De Anza college. I would not have been able to graduate with a Bachelor's degree if it was not for all the support, encouragement, and motivation I received from Marty and the entire Alhouse Deaton team.
